Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between you (and the organization you represent) and Colabrix Technologies, Bengaluru, India. If you use Colabrix on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for your organization's members.
• You must be able to form a binding contract to use Colabrix.

Plans, billing, and limits

• The Free plan allows up to 15 accepted members per organization and does not include AI features.
• The Paid plan is billed monthly or yearly at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• Cancelling takes effect immediately and returns the organization to the Free plan. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• If a Paid plan lapses while an organization is over the Free member limit, existing members keep access but new invitations are blocked until it is back under the limit.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor, whose terms also apply to the transaction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights with the service.
• Probe, scan, or overload the service, or bypass rate limits and access controls.
• Upload malware or content you have no right to share.
• Resell or white-label Colabrix without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything your team creates in Colabrix — sprints, stories, tasks, comments, files. You grant us the limited right to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

Service availability

We work to keep Colabrix available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colabrix Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Colabrix and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, liability, disputes) continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
