Set the duration — 14 days by default, your call. Activate it and the countdown runs. Only one sprint is active at a time.

Story
Break the work into stories
A story is a slice of value — pulled into the sprint or parked in the backlog. Assign the whole story to one person, or split it.

Task
Tasks carry the detail
Type, points, assignee, due date, estimate, flags, image attachments, threaded comments, logged time. Move it CREATED → IN_PROGRESS → TESTING → COMPLETED.
