Sprints with a real clock
Pick a duration, hit activate, and the countdown is live. One active sprint per org. A cooldown has to pass before the next one starts — no back-to-back crunch.
Colabrix is a sprint tracker for teams that actually ship. Timed sprints, stories, tasks, points that roll up, and an activity trail on every single change.
What we do
Pick a duration, hit activate, and the countdown is live. One active sprint per org. A cooldown has to pass before the next one starts — no back-to-back crunch.
Story points live on the task. The story total is maintained in the same transaction — never a stale number, never a live SUM on read.
OWNER, TECH_LEAD, BACKEND, QA, DEVOPS — fourteen fixed roles, no free text. Management runs sprints. Assignees move their own work forward to testing.
Create, assign, flag, move, complete — each mutation writes an append-only activity row in the same transaction. The log can never drift from reality.
Why we do it
Sprint tools got heavy.
Boards nobody reads. Fields nobody fills.
We kept the discipline —
and threw out the ceremony.
Organization
Sign up and you get a personal org for free. Create a real one with a name and a logo, invite your team by email, hand out roles from the dropdown.
Sprint
Set the duration — 14 days by default, your call. Activate it and the countdown runs. Only one sprint is active at a time.
Story
A story is a slice of value — pulled into the sprint or parked in the backlog. Assign the whole story to one person, or split it.
Task
Type, points, assignee, due date, estimate, flags, image attachments, threaded comments, logged time. Move it CREATED → IN_PROGRESS → TESTING → COMPLETED.

For teams shipping every week
Colabrix is opinionated on purpose. Every feature earned its place by surviving a retro.
“We killed three tools the week we moved to Colabrix. The cooldown between sprints alone fixed our burnout problem.”
“Story points that actually roll up. I stopped keeping a spreadsheet on the side. That's the whole pitch for me.”
“The activity log settles every 'who changed this' argument in about four seconds.”
