Change a date in Gantt and the calendar already knows. Nothing to sync, no second copy of the plan. Backlog and Roadmap join once you turn on sprints and milestones.

Plan in sprints, or don't.
Turn sprints on for a project and plan stories into them. Starting a sprint snapshots what the team committed to; finishing it moves unfinished work to the backlog or the next sprint. Milestones sit on a roadmap with their status worked out for you.

Know how a project is really doing.
Each project gets a health score from overdue work, aging issues, workload balance and flow. A shipped log shows what closed each week, and digests land in the inbox so nobody has to ask for a status update.

What Colabrix is, what it costs, and when you can start.
What is Colabrix?
Colabrix is project management that grows with your team, built in Bengaluru, India. Every project starts as a board of issues, with sub-issues one level deep. When your team needs more, you switch on sprints, group issues into stories with story points, and set milestones on a roadmap.
Who is Colabrix for?
Growing teams that plan and ship work together. It is built with software teams in mind: an issue can be a task, a bug or a feature, and bugs carry severity, environment and steps to reproduce. Any team that works from a shared list of issues can use it.
Is Colabrix free?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 10 members and 2 projects per organization, with every view, sprints, stories, milestones and project reports. It does not include AI. No card is needed, and each account can own one free organization.
How do the paid plans work?
Spark and Momentum are billed per member, monthly or yearly, with a three-seat minimum. Both remove the member and project limits and add Brixi, the AI in Colabrix. Momentum also adds org-wide Insights and a bigger daily Brixi allowance. Prices will be announced before launch.
Do I have to use sprints?
No. Sprints are off by default, so a project works as a flat board of issues. Turn them on for a project to get a backlog, stories and sprints. You start and complete each sprint yourself, and when one ends you choose whether unfinished issues go to the backlog or the next sprint.
What views does Colabrix have?
List, Board, Tree, Gantt and Calendar, all reading the same issues, so a change in one shows up everywhere. Milestones have their own roadmap, and every project has reports for its overview and health, delivery, workload and activity. My issues and Overdue are one-click filters on any view.
How does Colabrix keep the team up to date?
Every project has a health score built from overdue work, aging issues, workload balance and flow. Each person can get a daily standup email with what moved yesterday, what is in progress and what is blocked, and project admins get a rollup. A weekly digest goes out every Friday, and assignments and @mentions send an email too.
What is Brixi?
Brixi is the AI agent built into Colabrix, on the Spark and Momentum plans. You chat with it to create issues, sprints, stories and milestones, and to ask how a project or sprint is going and what changed recently. Changes to existing work always wait for your approval. Each organization gets a daily allowance of Brixi messages, or can use its own OpenAI key for unlimited use.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Organization owners and managers see every project. Everyone else sees only the projects they are added to, as an Admin, Member or Viewer. Viewers can read and comment, Members create and edit issues, and Admins also manage the project's statuses, labels, sprints, stories, milestones and members.
How is Colabrix different from other project management tools?
There is nothing to set up first: a title is the only required field on an issue, and structure like sprints and stories stays off until you want it. Every field change is kept in an activity log, blocked issues carry a reason everyone can see, and the whole app works from the keyboard with a command palette and shortcuts.
